Welcoming the World to PSU.
It is our goal to provide you with all of the information and support you need as you pursue your education at Portland State University. When you arrive at PSU, our advisors will assist you with your F-1 or J-1 visa status. We will also provide you with everything you need to know about life in beautiful Portland, Oregon, from information about taxes and health insurance to housing and transportation. We will also assist with any cultural adjustments you may experience.
