Located in the heart of downtown Portland, Oregon, PSU is a culturally rich, ethnically diverse urban university offering more than 213 degree programs. Our campus offers:

The PSU campus contains 49 buildings on 53 acres. The city of Portland’s 150+ year-old, tree-lined South Park Blocks run through the center of campus, connecting the university to the city’s Cultural District,which includes the Oregon History Center, Portland Art Museum, and Portland Center for the Performing Arts.

The convenient Portland Streetcar loops through the campus, stopping at the doorsteps of the School of Urban and Public Affairs, the PSU Bookstore, and the center of campus. Portland’s award-winning public transportation system, TriMet, plays a vital role for the university, bringing students and visitors to the campus daily.

Behind the university are the West Hills of Portland, which include Forest Park (the largest urban park in the United States), the Oregon Zoo, the International Rose Test Garden, the Japanese Garden, and residential homes with spectacular views of downtown and Mt. Hood.
