ICSP is a scholarship program for international students, which enables PSU international students to share their culture with greater Portland community in a variety of settings.

Each quarter the International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) provide an in-depth International Student Orientation program to international students who are just beginning their studies at Portland State.
